Peter Lockhart has been Secretary of the Boards for the past year and has been with Irvine Beat FM for twelve years. You can regularly hear him on Sunday’s from 12-2pm presenting the ‘Chats & Tracks’ where he primarily plays a mix of Country, Rock, 70’s to Contemporary Music. He introduction to Radio was watching his uncle, Howard Lockhart, present his show at BBC Studios. He then went on to join West Sound Radio in the mid 80’s before coming here, to Irvine Beat FM. A fun fact about Peter, is that the first album he ever bought was Beatles ‘Please, Please Me’.
